Description / V4 Upland Oak 14 x 150mm Brushed & Oiled

This micro bevelled plank is classically proportioned to suit any interior space, milled from rustic grade oak which is lightly brushed to remove the soft grain from the top layer of the wood. This leaves a surface which is hard and more resistant to scratches. Coats of Danish oil are machine applied and and buffed into the textured surface, each coat is cured under a low voltage UV light. The result is a natural oiled stain resistant surface which allows the floor breathe and is simple to maintain.

Grade Rustic

Rustic grade is a vibrant and colourful floor full of individuality. The floor can display heavy grain markings, wider colour variations and frequent knots of varying sizes.

Wood type Engineered

Composed of multiple layers of compressed timber before being finished with a top layer of solid wood veneer. As a result, engineered wood can boast the timeless look of fully natural wood floors with added stability.

Suitable for Kitchens, Living Spaces, Bedrooms, Stairs, Basements, Conservatories, Office, Underfloor Heating
Installation Method Glue Down, Floating

Using our polymer adhesive, this floor is stuck down to your sub-floor. Better suited for a professional installation.

Wood species Oak

Oak is a hardwood species characterised by being hard-wearing and therefore very suitable for flooring.

Thickness 14mm
Width 150mm
Finish Brushed and Oiled

To enhance the appearance, the brushing creates added texture and depth. The UV curing produces a set and cured film on the surface of the board, this gives the finish additional strength to withstand the day to day usage on the floor, along with it not needing a further coat of oil upon completion of the floors installation

Edging Microbevelled

Refers to the edge of a plank which has been chamferred in the production process to create a slight round cut edge between boards when they are connected together. Creates a slightly pronounced plank

Style 1 Strip (Plank)

The top layer of the floor board that you see is made up of 1 strip and is sawn in one piece

Surface Brushed

To enhance the appearance of this board, it has been brushed to exentuate the natural wood effect. This creates added depth and a unique pattern to each board.
