Description / V4 Tannery Brown Oak Herringbone 14mm x 90mm Oiled

This new edition of our classic ZB206 Tannery Brown gives the same rich timbre of well worn leather with deep chestnut brown notes, but with the edition of a randomly pitted surface and tumble distressed bevel that accentuates a time worn aesthetic. Available in a matching plank, Tannery Brown is as well suited to modern design as it is to a classic country home or contemporary urban dwelling or work area.

Sealed with coats of UV cured natural oil, this oak floor is given deep lustre that glows, whilst offering practical durability for use in throughout any living space.

Unlike traditional parquet blocks, the Deco Parquet Herringbone range of floors are engineered with a thick oak top layer with bevelled edges bonded to a hardwood ply base, which means they can be bonded to any flat surface including over low energy underfloor heating systems. Available in matching Deco Plank DC206 Tannery Brown.

Using our polymer adhesive, this floor is stuck down to your sub-floor. Better suited for a professional installation.

Wood species Oak

Oak is a hardwood species characterised by being hard-wearing and therefore very suitable for flooring.

Thickness 14mm
Width 90mm
Finish UV Oiled

The UV curing produces a set and cured film on the surface of the board, this gives the finish additional strength to withstand the day to day usage on the floor, along with it not needing a further coat of oil upon completion of the floors installation

Edging Bevelled

Refers to the edge of a plank which has been chamferred in the production process to create a "V joint" between boards when they are connected together. Creates a more pronounced, defined plank

Style Herringbone

Created by placing rectangles in a staggered zigzag pattern, as the name suggests, resembles fish bones

Surface Distressed

Our distressed floors have been through various processes to create a fascinating texture full of cracks, bumps and rough knots. For that real earthy, tree like feel
