BUDGET BUSTING PARQUET FLOORING

Junckers’ latest parquet floor is called Twin Herringbone. An updated version of a much-loved classic made with Junckers’ trademark commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Twin Herringbone is delivered pre-finished, ready to walk on as soon as it is installed. With a hard-wearing, factory-finished  lacquered surface already applied, Twin Herringbone has the considerable advantage of saving on costly and time-consuming installation work as the floor does not have to be sanded, filled and treated on site. A pre-finished wooden floor is far superior in terms of durability with optimal wear resistance and a uniform appearance.

Made from Junckers’ classic two-stave flooring, each board consists of two rows of staves; one full-length and one with two half-length staves, Twin Herringbone has an authentic pattern and elegant look at a very good price point. Compared to a traditional parquet floor, savings of up to 35% on the cost of the flooring and up to 50% less for installation.

WOOD SPECIES, COLOURS AND FINISHES

Each stave measures 129mm wide x 516.6mm long x 14mm thick. Twin Herringbone is deal for use in all rooms of the house except bathrooms and can be used with all major underfloor heating systems. A Twin Herringbone floor feels warm and solid underfoot, free from gaps or crevices.

HARMONY, IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE

The timber we use is selected to match the Harmony grade floors, therefore the Twin Herringbone boards will have some attractive grain and colour variation between one strip and another.
