WOCA Pre-Color is a water-based stain.  Pre-Color primes unfinished or newly sanded interior woodwork and enhances the wood grain.  You must apply a WOCA Finishing Oil after using WOCA Pre-Color.  Coverage: 100 sq/ft per liter.
